An Experienced Partnership
ChicagoFS™ is a partnership of foodservice operations experts who are also professional consultants. We have worked for the largest and the best firms in our industry. Project Teams
The Chicago FoodService Consultants™ group conducts client projects using cross-functional teams of specialists. Each project team is led by a full-charge ChicagoFS™ partner who works closely with the clients’ senior management. The cross-functional teams may consist of 2, 3 or more specialists. The number of specialists is determined by two variables: 1. the clients’ need for speed and 2. the size of the clients’ company. All project team members are selected for their particular experience in the clients’ operating segment (limited service vs. full service) and venues (traditional locations, supermarkets, B&I, Hotels, retail hosts, etc.).
A National Practice
Chicago FoodService Consultants™ is a national practice with experience in every major metropolitan area in the country and many demographic areas including urban, edge city, suburban, second-city, and small town America. Home base is Chicago, Illinois.
